I am a seasoned commercial building contractor with over four decades of self-employment experience in commercial design build construction, including commercial building inspections, maintaining and overseeing millions of square feet of commercial space and residential structures to ensure compliance with local and federal building codes, tenant compliance, site risk management, fire safety regulations and public safety. Expertise and identifying building and safety issues and preparing detailed inspection, reports and collaborating with owners, brokers, property, managers and city officials to make sure all buildings meet all lender, underwriting and regulatory requirements.  Key skills, 40 years of building, inspection and maintenance experience, expertise in space design and tenant build outs and compliance, comprehensive knowledge of commercial and residential building systems.

How much does a building and property inspection cost


There is no standard rate for the cost of a commercial building inspections  or residential property inspection because they vary from property to property. The cost will be determined by the size of the structure and property. On the lower end of the scale, between 200 to 300 dollars. For larger properties the cost can range closer to $800 to $3000.
